Technical Specifications
The Goodwe Smart Energy Controller SEC1000 Power Meter Controller for Inverter Grid Injection is a device with which we can monitor the production and performance of solar energy in large photovoltaic installations. This device can monitor up to 60 inverters.
The Goodwe Smart Energy Controller SEC1000 Power Meter Controller for Inverter Grid Injection is used in large solar plants where a large amount of electrical energy is generated, this device collects and analyses the energy data produced by the solar plant. With this device it can compensate reactive power, adjust the active power and power factor, it can also control the energy exported to the grid, distributing and allocating the resources in the best possible way.
Communication between the inverters and the controller is via an RS485 interface, transmitting data from the inverters to be monitored and finally connecting them to the controller. It has two AC connection ports, an input port where the generated energy (inverter output) is connected and another output port where the mains is connected by means of a current transformer to guarantee maximum precision. Other connections available on the device are an input for the LAN network and an output port for a GPRS antenna.
It consists of a three-phase meter and a GoodWe control board.
The SEC1000 only supports three-phase four-wire grid connection, which means that the neutral wire is strictly necessary.
The corresponding inverter parameters are acquired and set via the ProMate software.
