Coplanar Structure for Solar Panels assembly on Flat Sheet Metal & Concrete 105cm Wide

Our Solar Panel Structures are universal. They allow us to install any solar panel. These structures are very easy to assemble as the necessary amount of anchoring pieces, intermediate clips, and final clips will be provided according to the number of panels to be installed in series.

The Solar Panel Structure is made of Aluminium AL6005-T5 (Anodised) with steel S304 INOX A2 screws. This structure is anchored to the surface where it will be installed using an anchoring piece. The customer must separately purchase the appropriate screws for each application, such as self-tapping screws, chemical anchors, wood screws, ballast, etc. Additionally, a good seal between the anchoring piece and the installation surface must be ensured to prevent leaks.

For proper solar energy capture, solar panels should be installed at an approximate angle of 30º. If an inclined surface is not available, the best option would be to opt for a 30º Inclined Structure for Solar Panels.

This structure supports a wind load of 1.5 kN/m² and complies with the EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 standard.

*This structure is compatible with panels with a thickness ranging from 35 to 40 mm.
*Check the description for total widths to choose the one that best fits your solar panel, keeping in mind that at least 5 cm should be left on each side for the final clips.
