It operates automatically thanks to its optical twilight sensor, which is activated at nightfall. At dusk, the light automatically switches on at 50% of its light capacity and remains on until morning. If the built-in sensor detects movement within a range of 7-8 metres, the light increases to full intensity for 30 seconds, or until no more movement is detected.
