Description

The 100W Eternity PHILIPS Xitanium LED Street Light is one of the latest generation of luminaires, offering instant switching on thanks to its LED technology, as well as high power. It is the ideal replacement for the old discharge lamps, improving the quality of light and significantly reducing energy consumption.

Features of the 100W Eternity PHILIPS Xitanium LED Street Light

The body of the luminaire is made of aluminium using the injection moulding method to ensure optimum quality and to facilitate heat dissipation. It has an easy locking system that improves handling and functionality. Its design guarantees an IP66 protection factor perfect for outdoor installation. The PCB is covered with high quality transparent glass.

Equipped with the latest lighting technologies, this street light incorporates a high power SMD5050 LUMILEDS technology light source with a high light output. Lumileds is a company dedicated to the development, manufacture and distribution of lighting and also holds more than 200 patents related to LED technology.

Features of the XITANIUM Driver

An LED driver is responsible for transforming the alternating current from the mains into direct current suitable for making the LED chips shine. The Xitanium Driver is from the prestigious company PHILIPS, one of the most innovative and prestigious brands in the lighting industry, this driver is specially designed for Street Lighting. This range of drivers offers unique reliability and flexibility, providing high performance and optimum efficiency of the LEDs.

This driver has a multi-voltage input. This means that it is able to withstand surges and dips in line voltage for a short period of time without damage. In addition, its output is also multi-voltage which means that it can deliver a constant voltage within a range allowing the same driver to be used for various applications with different current and voltage requirements. Once the driver is powered, the voltage is automatically adjusted and the output voltage is constant.

The entire Xitanium driver range incorporates an IP65 enclosure that protects against moisture, vibration and temperature, ensuring maximum durability.
