Description
The SMART WiFi 7kW Single-phase Electric Car Charger 5m is an electric vehicle charger with a 5m cable hose with a Type 2 connector. The charger can operate directly, you simply connect the charger to the electric vehicle and the charging process starts automatically. For those who need more control over the charging process, the charger also operates with a radiofrequency identification (RFID) system. This mode requires an authorised RFID card or tag to activate the charging. By presenting the RFID card to the charger, the user can start or stop the charging, providing an additional layer of security and control. This is particularly useful in environments where multiple users may need access to the charger, such as offices or apartment communities, as it allows restricting the use to only those with authorisation.
Thanks to its Internet connectivity, this charger can be configured and controlled through the Tuya app, allowing you to monitor and manage the charging process from the palm of your hand, offering great convenience and control. The charging intensity can be adjusted, and therefore its power, so that it does not exceed the contracted power, avoiding tripping the magnetothermal protections we have. It is also possible to schedule the timing of turning on and the duration of the charging.
In the case of installing the charger in a residential community, all interested parties should have an RFID card. The product includes 3 master RFID cards that can be duplicated with any RFID reader at a very low cost so that all residents have their own. The card reader facilitates the identification of users who use the charger and the energy consumed by each of them.

Its design is modern and highly focused on charging in private environments. It is installed on walls or on posts specially designed for chargers. It is made of the highest quality PC+ABS PC-540 resin, and also has an IP54, allowing installation outdoors. It is resistant to sunlight and waterproof, and also has an IK10 mechanical resistance factor, to protect against vandalism.
