Description

The Pylontech SC0500-100S High Voltage Battery BMS Module is a balancing system for Pylontech high voltage batteries. Each battery operates at 48V, therefore, to achieve High Voltage we must connect several batteries in series to increase their voltage and thus be able to work with high voltage inverters that generally require a minimum battery voltage of 60V to operate.

Up to 12 high voltage batteries can be connected in series per Pylontech BMS module. The smallest high voltage battery system that can be installed is 2 High Voltage Batteries and a BMS that will fit neatly into a U16 Battery Rack. If you wish to install more batteries you would need a larger rack.

Features of the Pylontech SC0500-100S High Voltage BMS Battery Management System

This BMS allows to control a minimum of 2 Pylontech H48050 48V High Voltage batteries in series and a maximum of 12 batteries. This offers nominal voltage ranges between 100 and 430V. For data communication, the Pylontech SC0500A BMS has a built-in port that communicates with all the batteries in the block connected to it. In case you need a system with more than 7 batteries, you will need a MBMS1000 Controller that can group several Powercube X1 systems together.

Pylontech SC0500-100S High Voltage BMS Battery Management System monitors the state of charge of the batteries and prevents them from discharging below the maximum depth of discharge indicated by the manufacturer, extending the life of the batteries. It also monitors voltage, current and temperature.
Up to a maximum of 7 batteries can be connected in series per external BMS module, if a higher capacity is desired, several racks can be connected for these batteries in particular "PowerCube X1" batteries in parallel.
