What are the requirements to be part of the PRO CLUB program?

It depends on the level, but as a minimum requirement you must be a company or a self-employed individual. This program is intended only for professional clients.

What advantages does PRO CLUB offer to professional customers of Ledkia?

How can you renew your membership in the PRO CLUB program?

It renews automatically every year. Check the access and membership conditions for each level.

Is there any minimum purchase commitment required to maintain your membership in the PRO CLUB program?

At the Silver level, there is no minimum purchase required. For the other levels, the requirements within the same year are as follows:

• Gold: 3 orders per year and make purchases worth more than € 2,000 (VAT not included).
• Platinum: 3 orders per year and make purchases worth more than € 3,500 (VAT not included).
• Diamond: 3 orders per year and make purchases worth more than € 12,000 (VAT not included).

When can you level up in the PRO CLUB program?

The assessment of the tier change corresponding to the PRO CLUB programme will be carried out quarterly, with 4 reviews being carried out during the calendar year.

For the assessment of the PRO CLUB client category, the 12 months immediately prior to the review date (reference period) will be taken into account. For the purposes of the review, cancellations and/or refunds during the reference period will be taken into account. In the event of non-compliance with the requirements set out for the corresponding category, this may be subject to change to a higher or lower tier if required.

Clients may advance several levels at once, as long as they meet the access conditions for higher levels.

For example: If during the year, purchases exceed another of the higher ranges, you can move up from Gold to Diamond, meaning your purchases in the same year go from 2,000 € to 12,000 €, in this case, two levels will be raised in the same year.

When would you downgrade from your level in the PRO CLUB program?

If during the year you do not reach the minimum required purchases or orders according to the access conditions of the level you belong to, the following year you would downgrade to the immediate lower level.

Below, we detail the access conditions for each level of the PRO CLUB Program:

• Silver: Without order or mimimum purchase.
• Gold: 3 orders per year and make purchases worth more than € 2,000 (VAT not included).
• Platinum: 3 orders per year and make purchases worth more than € 3,500 (VAT not included).
• Diamond: 3 orders per year and make purchases worth more than € 12,000 (VAT not included).
