Methods of Payment

Ledkia has made available these various methods of payment so that you can choose whichever suits your needs:

Credit card

Ledkia accepts payments made through VISA or verified by VISA, American Express, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode.

When ordering, clients will provide their credit card details, which will be directly stored in the Stripe gateway during the purchase procedure. Ledkia does not store any information regarding credit cards. For internal company reasons, collection management is done through Santander Bank, this having no implications for the client.

PayPal

Clients will be able to make purchases through the PayPal payment system.

Bank Transfer / Payment to account

These methods of payment consist of bank transfers and payments to account of the total of the order price in favour of the bank account owned by Ledkia; in both cases, the client must use the order number as a payment reference. Orders made using method that are not paid in full into Ledkias bank account within 7 days after the order has been placed will be automatically cancelled after the expiration date has passed. It is important to remember that some banks may take 1-2 business days to make the transfer effective, and payments to account may take a minimum of 24 hours to be registered in our system.

Direct debit

The direct debit payment method is intended to debit the customer's bank account, with the particularity that the transaction is initiated by Prismica SL as the beneficiary. This requires the explicit consent of the customer by means of the SEPA document.

Klarna: Buy now. Pay later with Klarna.

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments: Make a purchase today and split it into 3 equal interest-free instalments. Interest and commission free. Simply enter your card details and payments will be automatically processed every 30 days.

Pay after delivery: Buy now and pay only for the products you wish to keep. Use this option to get the items you want now and pay for them up to 30 days after delivery. No upfront payments and zero interest. Interest and commission free.

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is an online payment service for Amazon members. Make your purchases online and pay for them quickly and securely with any of the payment methods registered on your Amazon account. In addition, you can easily review and monitor your purchases from your Amazon account.

If you are a professional customer you can choose from the following credit payment options we have available for you.

SEPA Direct debit

Method of payment subject to risk capital granted.

30 days SEPA direct debit: Buy today and receive the charge of your order 30 days after the invoice is issued. First order: Min. 300€.
60 days SEPA direct debit: Buy today and receive the charge of your order 60 days after the invoice is issued. First order: Min. 300€; Subsequent orders: Min. 150€.

Documents required for processing:

Signed and stamped SEPA document.
Name and administrative contact.
Certificate of ownership of the bank account.
Certificate of being up to date with payments to the Tax Administration (due within 3 months).
