This ceiling mounted PIR Motion Sensor has a 360° coverage angle and a 6 metre detection radius when at a height of 2.2 to 4 metres. It's capable of detecting infrared emissions from any heat source without emitting any radiation.
_x000D_The detector activates its output circuit when a heat source moves in front of the switch and deactivates when the heat is no longer detected and some time has passed.
