Assembly and Installation of the 100m Coil 8mm Silicone Diffuser for Neon LED Signs

Prepare the Methacrylate or Wooden Base with a recess: Start by using a methacrylate or wooden plate. Make an 8mm recess specifically designed to house and fix the LED strip and the silicone diffuser. It is preferable to use methacrylate because its transparency intensifies the luminosity of the neon.

LED Strip Selection: For best results, we recommend using a zig zag LED strip, which you can find in our accessories section. Its ability to bend at any angle makes it easy to create custom lettering and designs.

Diffuser placement: Once the LED strip is in place in the groove of the plexiglass plate, slide the 8mm Silicone Diffuser over the strip, making sure that it sits properly in the groove and is almost flush with the strip. Adapt, cut and adjust the diffuser according to the shape previously defined in the methacrylate groove, you will be able to create the words or patterns you want with precision and style.
