The SAJ SMART METER 24h Consumption Analyser Meter for zero discharge in Hybrid Inverters H1 and H2 is a necessary accessory to configure the injection to 0 of the SAJ Inverters of the H1 and H2 series of our website. We have two models, the three-phase model DTSU666 and the single-phase model DDSU666 by means of which you can measure and block the current discharged to the grid.
The SAJ SMART METER 24h Consumption Analyser Meter for zero discharge in Hybrid Inverters H1 and H2 is a digital meter for 24-hour monitoring of electricity consumption. This analyser is able to measure the consumption of the home or industry, constantly adapting the power delivered by the photovoltaic system to the consumption of the installation. It is a necessary accessory if we wish to configure the self-consumption photovoltaic installation so that it does not feed energy into the electricity grid. The meter knows what the energy demand of the house is. For example, if the house consumes 3 kW and the solar plant is generating 2 kW, the meter will only consume 1 kW from the meter. On the other hand, if there are surpluses, the meter can discharge to the grid or zero discharge depending on the configuration that we have made.
It is ideal for the pricing of the energy of your home or company and on the other hand, it allows you to manage the surplus production of the photovoltaic installations of self-consumption "On grid", performing zero injection or controlled injection depending on the needs of the moment. The inverter includes an RS485 Modbus RTU communications protocol and it is with this protocol that the meter informs the inverter whether or not there is a discharge. The meter is mounted on DIN rail and can measure a multitude of electrical magnitudes and also performs bidirectional energy measurement calculating: kWh and kVArh.
To configure the system to zero discharge:
1. Open the eSolar O&M application and make sure all devices are connected to it.
2. Access the eSolar SEC interface.
3. Click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
4. Go to the export limitation by phase energy configuration option.
5. Set the export limit value to 0% to avoid any energy dumping.
Complement your photovoltaic installation with the different meters, protection boxes and electrical material for Photovoltaic Solar Energy from the wide catalogue that we offer on our website.
