About Custom length 220V - 240V AC LED strips

Custom-made LED strips are very easy to install as they are connected directly to the 220V-240V mains and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use thanks to the IP67 protection rating.

These are high quality lights, ideal as backlighting to create different atmospheres and sensations, or as accent lighting for display cabinets, ceilings, wardrobes, shelves or bookcases. You can also use our custom-length LED strips to light staircases or corridors.

The great flexibility of these lights allows them to blend in perfectly with the surroundings, enhancing the beauty of the surface on which they are installed.

In our online catalogue you can buy LED strips by the metre, specifically in lengths between 1 and 50 metres with cuts every 10, 25, 50 or 100 centimetres. If you need a shorter cutting distance, you can choose 12V LED strips or 24V LED strips. We also supply reels in different colours and colour temperatures.

We encourage you to explore our TRIAC dimmable models, our RGB LED strips with infrared remote control or designs that synchronise with the smart home platforms such as Google Home and Alexa.

In our online catalogue you will also find different widths and models of round LED strips as well as LED strips with COB (Chip On Board). This is a technology that offers a uniform dispersion of light by grouping LEDs.

Tips and precautions for connecting 220V-240V custom-made LED strips to the mains.Tips and precautions for powering custom-made 220V-240V LED strips.

Connecting different custom-made LED strips is easy, just follow the manufacturer's instructions.

However, we would like to share with you some precautions that you should bear in mind before getting to work:

  1. Be careful and make the cut at the indicated places. This step is essential to be able to insert the connector, otherwise it will not be possible.
  2. You need an LED strip connector that is compatible with your strip model. A single-colour strip requires a 2-pin connector and an RGB strip requires a 4-pin connector.
  3. If after connecting the controller to the LED strip and plugging in the light it does not work, it may be because you have connected the pins of the controller the wrong way round. To fix this, disconnect the strip from the controller and turn it 180°.
